Especially important in her work is the interplay of colors, materials and light, to subtly support the story and the feeling that is to be transmitted.

During her studies in Audiovisual Media at the Stuttgart Media University she specialized in set design and subsequently graduated with a diploma in production design from the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in Ludwigsburg.

Since graduating in 2019, Anika has been based in Berlin as a freelance production designer and is always open to creative, playful and detail-oriented new concepts. Her special skill is creating miniature sets, which can give a film an extraordinary, imaginative look.
