After her graduation in 2007, she started working as a copywriter in advertising. But soon she realised that her real love was in telling stories through film.

For three years Nina ran a commercial video production agency, where she was commercial director and partner. To open up opportunities for making films she loves, in 2015 she decided to fully focus on directing.
