Julia's experience in the advertising industry spans more than 25 years: she worked as a producer / head of TV in various international agencies (such as Leo Burnett, Ogilvy), as well as on production side. She is personally responsible for all areas within Froehlich Management and Department Frankfurt. Every inquiry, every offer is signed off by her personally, before anything is sent to our talent / clients. Her aspiration is to always be loyal and to always fight for the best possible result. For every single job, no matter how large or small the budget might be.

Michèle began her career in 1998 as a client consultant at Leo Burnett, Frankfurt. In 2006, she joined Froehlich, starting with managing the Hair & Make-Up Department. In the meantime, she is not only a Senior Representative and Producer, but also the CFO of Froehlich Worldwide and thus solely responsible for all financial matters of the company.

Carolina (nick name Caro) is well experienced in the industry. She worked as a producer for numerous production companies, as well as on agency side as an agency producer. At froehlich she is not only a talent representative, but she is also responsible for all business development things. So, whenever you want to talk about acquisition, development or possible collaboration – she is more than happy to catch up! Carolina is based in Hamburg and helps grow the froehlich base in the north of Germany.

Beate is a booking pro. Before she joined Froehlich, she worked for a large casting & location agency in Frankfurt. She reps a big part of the directors roster and has an incredibly good instinct for her artists' and clients' needs.

Before Lena joined the froehlich team in 2021, she worked as a fashion photographer for agencies and brands. This creative experience and her fascination for film and photo can be now perfectly combined with her talent for organising.

Hannah started working for Froehlich during her business psychology studies – and joined Froehlich full time in 2022. She has a great passion for fashion, film and photo – which is why she is part of the scouting team - always on the lookout for new talent. Besides that, she is also managing her own little pool of young talents.
